 This includes 2 special classes: Morning Yoga - Twist & Blissed AND Afternoon - Yoga Nidra. You can attend one class or make a day of it and attend both for $80

 MORNING YOGA - TWIST & BLISSED $40

Twists are a category of asana that work asymmetrically. They are known for internal cleansing, fortifying the immune system, creating balance in the internal organs, balancing the nervous system, and balancing the right and left sides of the body as well as the right and left sides of the brain. Twists also facilitate increased mobility and stability to the muscles, joints, and bones of the body; especially in the spine and hips. Twists are some of themost restorative and most dynamic of asanas. Together, we will explore the anatomy of a twist, using stability to create freedom - opening body, mind and heart - creating resilience & blissfulness within every fiber of our being. Appropriate for mixed levels.

 

AFTERNOON YOGA NIDRA - $55

1:30 - 4 PM

Yoga nidra is a guided deep relaxation practice that utilizes specific body, breath, and awareness techniques designed to remove mental and emotional distrubances and dropyou into a deeply profound state of pease and restful awareness. This process awakens the self-healing, self-balancing mechanisms of your body and being. Vital energy flows freely regenerating the body and restoring balance to the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Appropriate for all levels; including beginners, gentle & chair yoga practitioners too.
