This class is 1:30 - 3 pm. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. It is also recommended to bring a journal and a container for water. Yoga Nidra is practiced lying on the ground. We want you to be as comfortable as possible. Please bring the following with you if you have them:
a blanket to lie over your mat for extra cushion and comfort.
a cozy blanket to cover up with
a soft pillow for your head
socks to keep your feet warm
an eye mask or eye pillow or wash cloth to cover the eyes.
