Semi- Private Class (LIMITED TO 8 STUDENT)
A semi-private strengthening program with Certified Personal Trainer, Eli Morin. Through experience we have learned that specific strength training can enhance our functional movement & daily yoga practice. In this 6 week course you will create strength & receive focused and specialized feedback to support your yoga practice & daily movement.
