The brand new beginner will feel very comfortable here as we learn about our breath and the general form of basic standing, balancing, seated postures and relaxation. Each week we add new postures & concepts to the practice while also reviewing key aspects from the week before. You also receive a lesson of the new postures learned and practiced at the end of each class. This is the perfect place to create a steady foundation for a practice of yoga that can serve you for a lifetime.
