JOIN US for a special day of community and celebration as we open the studio for classes & connection. The past two years have been different to say the least. Small businesses are the heart of America and this is OUR day to celebrate and share with you.

We will have 3 classes on Saturday available in studio and online taught by our owner, Kathryn Day. If you have wanted to try yoga and you KNOW that now is the time, come try a class or take our Intro to Yoga at 1 pm. Our studio has been in business for 25 years. We teach yoga to make it accessible to everyone and to make it accessible in your daily life, not just in the classroom.

Also we have a small but fun boutique. Do you want to give a loved one a yoga mat & props for Christmas? Or what about a beautiful Amythest crystal or crystal desk chime? This purple stone is said to be incredibly protective, healing, and purifying. It's claimed it can help rid the mind of negative thoughts and bring forth humility, sincerity, and spiritual wisdom. We have ayurvedic oils, tongue scrapers and teas. We feature framed mala drawings from a local artisan, offer hand knotted malas of genuine stone and more.
