Hi Friends,
2020 has been rough. The hits seem to keep coming. I have been feeling the weight of all that is happening in our world right now, and I found something that helped me to reset and center myself again, amid the chaos.
This book includes a 5-week life reboot. I have just finished the 5 weeks, and I truly feel like I have rebooted. I'm feeling more grounded and centered, and ready to conquer what comes next.
The book club will meet each Sunday afternoon (2-3:30 CST) for 7 weeks. We will conclude our reboot the week before Thanksgiving, just in time to head into the holiday season feeling reconnected to ourselves and reenergized.
I suspect some of you may be thinking, "I don't have the ENERGY or the HEADSPACE to do a book club right now." I. Hear. You. But I promise that this book club will require very little reading (8-10 light pages) each week. And the steps you will take to reboot your energy will be simple, easy steps that you will ENJOY. If you've been looking for a way to incorporate self-care into your week without feeling overwhelmed, this book club is for YOU!
This free book club will be hosted by The Yoga Institute of Clear Lake and will meet via Zoom. Once you have registered, you will receive the zoom link.
