Spring is a time of New Beginnings. With every new beginning; the journey begins with just one step. This 6 week Beginner Series will provide all the ingredients to start or improve a great yoga practice! Whether you’re new to yoga, or it’s been a long time … dabbled a bit here and there, but never learned the basics … or you just want some refinement, This Special Step-By-Step Beginner Series is just for YOU!

We accept new registrations through week 2. This is a special class that meets weekly on Wednesday evenings 7-8:15pm. For each class a lesson is given to registered participants. Sorry, no make up classes.
