Semi- Private Class (6 students ONLY)
We are excited to announce a special semi private strengthening program with Certified Personal Trainer, Eli Morin. Through experience we have learned that specific strength training can enhance our daily yoga practice. In this 6 week course you will create strength & receive focused and specialized feedback to support your yoga practice & daily movement.
