Fundamentals of Flow: for ALL LEVELS

A Vinyasa style flow where the focus will be to use the power of breath to influence movement. During this moving meditation we will build heat through core engagement, improve balance and lower body strength, and safely move the spine in all directions. This class is great for anyone interested in learning how to build strength while protecting the body from injury as well as the yogi with a regular vinyasa practice.
