Give yourself the gift of a practice that will support you every day of your life! This 6-week series is Part I of a 2 part Beginner Series teaching the basics of a yoga practice. The brand new beginner will feel very comfortable here as we learn about our breath and the general form of basic standing, balancing, seated postures and relaxation. Each week builds upon the week before and with review mixed into every week. You also receive a lesson of the new postures learned and practiced at the end of each class. This is the perfect place to create a steady foundation for a practice of yoga that can serve you for a lifetime.
