MONDAY October 19th Beginners Series


Always wanted to learn yoga? This 6 week Beginner Series will provide all the ingredients to start or improve a great yoga practice! Whether you’re new to yoga, or it’s been a long time … dabbled a bit here and there, but never learned the basics … or you just want some refinement, This Special Step-By-Step Beginner Series is just for YOU!

Week 1 - October 19

Week 6- November 23

We accept new registrations through week 2. This is a special class that meets weekly on Wednesday evenings 6-7:15 pm. For each class a lesson is sent via email to registered participants. Sorry, no make up classes.

This course will be in person at the studio. Please bring with you a yoga mat. If you have yoga blocks and/or straps please bring them with you as well.
